If you have problem in controlling your emotion, ego, and breathe.. Yoga is the answer.
Each move teaches you how to be balance. The key in yoga is how you control your breathe, while you’re focusing to be balance.. so, just relax. Just believe in yourself. If you fall, it’s okay because we’re human being. We made mistake. Yoga teaches you how to be patient.
